Please note that we can only exchange a product for a different size within the same model. To check the product’s availability, please contact us at contact@cherir.eu If the item is in our warehouse we will then hold it for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order. Should you be interested in exchanging your product for a different color or style, please return it and place a new order.


REFUND


In order for the quality control to accept the return, the product must be returned in the full condition in its original packing, undamaged, unaltered, not worn, with all original tags, accessories with the plastic security seal intact, and a copy of the purchase invoice. Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 7 business days from receipt. Once our quality control team has approved the return, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment and you will receive a confirmation email.
