RETURNS POLICY

You can return any item purchased on www.cherir.eu within 14 days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact with the plastic security seal intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Ship it by a secure shipping service. We kindly recommend using the following shipping services: DPD, FedEx, InPost (Poland) DHL, UPS, GLS. Please note that the costs and risks involved in the return of items are borne by the sender.

 
REFUND

In order for the quality control to accept the return, the product must be returned in the full condition in its original packing, undamaged, unaltered, not worn, with all original tags, accessories with the plastic security seal intact, and a copy of the purchase invoice. Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 7 business days from receipt. Once our quality control team has approved the return, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment and you will receive a confirmation email.
